Here is the upshot of this whole thing. Counting carbs is a big part of dieting and it could make the difference between how much weight you lose and how much energy you have. Anyone can eat the right types of food, but in the wrong amounts. This is just as bad as eating the wrong types of food, maybe even worse.

What are good carbs is a question that is relative to anyone who wants to change their eating habits. Make fruits and vegetables a healthy part of your program and you will make large strides towards success.
