You have to know how to measure your good carbs and bad carbs and how to count them. When it comes to a balanced diet, you have to have the perfect mix of everything. You have to know how to eat, what to eat and how much of what you need to eat. And, finding good carbs can be a challenge if you don't know what to look for. You want to study up on calories and carbs, and know what role they play in your diet.

Here is the upshot of this whole thing. Counting carbs is a big part of dieting and it could make the difference between how much weight you lose and how much energy you have. Anyone can eat the right types of food, but in the wrong amounts. This is just as bad as eating the wrong types of food, maybe even worse.
