It's true, when it comes to the whole carb thing, you cannot assume that they are all equal. There are good and bad carbs, and you have to know the difference between the two. Thanks in no small part to the efforts of the fanatics who tell people that all carbs are bad, we have a bunch of people making themselves malnourished. When you go about counting carbs, people, you have to get it into your mind that there are carbs that are essential parts of a human being's diet. Do not shun them altogether, rather, get wise to what kinds of carbs you need and what kinds can be discarded. Are we getting through to you?

You see? Was that really so hard? The nice thing about all of those good carbs that we listed in Column B is that they are so high on antioxidants and fiber that they help you digest. This is why you need carbs. If you do not eat any of them and believe all of this hype thrown out there by these supposed diet gurus, then you are just going to be let down in the end. All of this crap about low carbs isn't the way you need to go. You need to balance out your diet and think everything through. You are going to need carbs as a source of energy to get you through workouts -- which are essential to your weight loss as well.
