Stranded in the low carb deserts...
It's a lot like being in the Sahara Desert. A barren waste of space with no redeeming value. What? That's right. We have made a typographical error in our spelling of dessert. We have done this on purpose in order to demonstrate the foolishness of believing that low carb deserts, or diets in general, are going to help you be a fitter, healthier person. They will not do this on their own. You must understand that a carb, or carbohydrate, gives you essential energy to burn. If you are at all active, you need these things.

Therefore, what good are low carb diets without steady monitoring of your food intake and exercise? Not a whole lot of good. You can't just cut out bread altogether and expect to be fine. Sure, you can moderate it. That is what a diet should be. A combination of exercise, getting enough to eat, and getting smart consumables pumping through your system. All low carb foods is not gonna do you much good... though adding some and cutting down your overall food intake likely will.


 Are we making ourselves clear? 
 Or do you still think that low carb deserts, or desserts, are the way to go? Do not believe the hype. Be smart.


More about low carb deserts
It can be the Mojave or the Gobi or whatever desert you want. Just know that buying into the low carb craze too much will take you there on a fast train. You will be perpetually strained, lacking energy, parched and weary from the hot sun beating down on you. Only it will be 55 degrees out and delightfully seasonable. You know what we are saying, right? Don't be left out to wither away and die just because you are lazy and want to lose weight without exercising. That's no way for a low carb diet plan to work!

Learn about some low carb deserts. Enjoy them. Cut down on the absurd overindulgence of carbs. But remember that it's all about balance, not quick-fix nonsense.
